I’m a total sucker for fresh basil so it’s no surprise that this recipe is a favourite!!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 C. Pine nuts
- 2 C. Firm packed basil
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 C. Grated Grana Padano cheese
- 1-3 Tbsp (heaping) sour cream
- 1/4 C. Olive oil
Directions:
Blend well in mixer until smooth
Added Tip:
Freeze in ice cube trays and then store in plastic bags in freezer. Only take out what you need when you need it !
