Nothing says summer like beverages infused with fresh herbs; and is there a better drink on a hot summer day than a mint mojito!!


  • 1 ounce Bacardi black razz rum (or white rum)
  • Half a lime
  • 6-8 mint from Prairie Grove Greenhouse
  • Tablespoon simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Top up with club soda


    1. Combine mint leaves with rum, lime juice and syrup in the bottom of a glass.
    2. Muddle the leaves (mashup the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass to release their flavour into the rum, syrup and juice).
    3. Add ice.
    4. Top up with club soda.
    5. Drink the best damn mojito you’ll ever have.
