Nothing says summer like beverages infused with fresh herbs; and is there a better drink on a hot summer day than a mint mojito!!
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Bacardi black razz rum (or white rum)
- Half a lime
- 6-8 mint from Prairie Grove Greenhouse
- Tablespoon simple syrup
- Ice
- Top up with club soda
Directions:
- Combine mint leaves with rum, lime juice and syrup in the bottom of a glass.
- Muddle the leaves (mashup the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass to release their flavour into the rum, syrup and juice).
- Add ice.
- Top up with club soda.
- Drink the best damn mojito you’ll ever have.
